What are the shipping times for your products?

With the exception of pre-sale and backorder items, we normally take 3-5 days to process your order and then 10-15 business days to deliver your package.


Do you ship anywhere in the world?

We ship almost everywhere in the world. You can always contact us to arrange delivery to your country.


Where do we ship your product from?

We have warehouses all over the world and our international warehouse is located in China.


Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your package. You can also track the status of the shipment via the my account page in the order tracking section.


Can items be returned or exchanged?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, the return shipping costs must be paid by the customers.


Can I return to the address on my package?

No, the package address is not an approved return address. You must contact our customer service to know the return address of your packages.

we do not accept returned packages without a return address authorized by customer service.


I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Just send us clear pictures, and description of the damaged item in question to the email address support@cadibee.com , so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
